Hudayriyat Island is hosting the inaugural edition of HERO Abu Dhabi. The world’s toughest and most spectacular mountain bike marathon is coming from the Italian Dolomites to the UAE capital. With the Amateurs Race and Kids Race open to the public, you can be right at the center of the action. 
Don’t miss your chance to participate in the only Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) mountain bike race in the Middle East and ride on the same trails as potential future Olympic medalists against the scenic backdrop of the Abu Dhabi skyline. 
Alternatively, watch from the sidelines as the world’s greatest mountain biking legends compete for gold in the XCO-Cross-country Olympic and XCC-Cross-country Short Track events – qualifying races for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. 
HERO Abu Dhabi Hudayriyat Island is proud to support Sports for Climate Action, a UN initiative aimed at fighting the climate crisis by making sports events more sustainable.
